As the Talent Advisor for WildBrain, a global kids content, media and licensing company, Kristina manages and advises the North American offices on our recruitment efforts and partners with leadership to establish and continuously improve a winning culture and employee experience. Her comprehensive background ranges from small start-up agencies to mid-to-large sized organizations both at a local and global scale. Each of her roles has offered a unique experience that is fast-paced, results-driven, dynamic and where employee success, collaboration and agility is highly valued. What has been consistent is her love for building relationships, seeing employee growth and success by connecting the right person to the right role, and pursuing leadership opportunities in the Marketing/Media industry. This includes companies within Marketing Research, Experiential Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications and at present, Media Entertainment. Within this space, she has built a strong network and has hired entry to executive level for departments in Marketing/Creative, Finance, Technology, Legal, Project Management, Account Management, and many more.
