Yan Wang

With eight years of luxury retail experience, Yan has worked in various roles, starting from sales associate, then supervisor and currently Assistant General Manager (AGM). Her experience has allowed me to obtain a comprehensive understanding of luxury retail operation and how each role contributes to the success of the store. As an AGM, she works closely with the store manager to ensure effective and efficient daily operation in compliance with corporate standards and vision, to recruit and cultivate a team that delivers superior client experience and excels in client relationship building, and to achieve and surpass the store's sales goals and operation objectives.
